OUR STRUCTURES: SOLID AND SAFE, LIKE THE FUTURE WE ARE BUILDING


A careful analysis and a preventive design study that takes into consideration the type of land, the orientation and the size of the plant itself, leads us to choose the use between two types of structures:


    fixed structures solar tracking structures (tracker)




FIXED STRUCTURES

The photovoltaic modules are installed on structures with adequately sized aluminum frames, based on the type of photovoltaic or agro-voltaic system, and anchored to the ground with a system of screws, in hot-dip galvanized steel, driven into the ground.

The structures are made by assembling special aluminum profiles, bolted using brackets and special pieces. The horizontal bearing beams, laid on longitudinal members hooked to the vertical supports, will form the inclined planes for supporting the modules.

Thanks to the aforementioned system, no cementing for anchoring to the ground is foreseen and therefore it follows that the decommissioning phase is extremely facilitated and limited to the simple disposal of the individual modules, such that they can be classified as "retrofit"


"TRACKER" SOLAR TRACKING STRUCTURES

The support structure for the photovoltaic modules is completely made of metal sections, with poles driven directly into the ground and a rotating longitudinal beam, controlled by an electric motor, on which the omega support profiles for the photovoltaic panels are anchored. The number of modules on each structure varies depending on the location.

The central pole supporting the motor is a hot rolled HEA 160 profile. Cold bent Z-profiles will be employed between the central post and the end of the structure. These will be connected to the main beam via a housing support which will leave the beam free to rotate in its longitudinal axis.

The engine varies the inclination of the panels according to the position of the sun, in the event of an increase in wind speed, the tracker will take a defensive position.

The inclination of the panels is variable from 0° to ∓ 55°

At -55° and 55° of panel rotation the basic wind speed considered is 12 m/s.

At 0° the basic wind speed considered is 28 m/s.
